Society of Head and Neck Imaging Membership Application

BSHNI
is an inclusive society and Membership is open to
all individuals of good standing who have an interest
in head and neck imaging. Election to the membership
requires recommendation by one current member. New
members will be formally admitted annually at the
AGM. |
Categories
of Membership :
Full:
Consultant Radiologists and post FRCR (or equivalent).
Trainees who have an active interest in Head and Neck
Imaging and practicing in UK.
Associate:
Trainee Radiologists or radiologists in practice abroad
and Non-radiologists e.g. consultant ENT surgeons.
Senior:
Previous full members (of retirement age) no longer
in active practice
Affiliated:
Practitioners who have contributed to Head and Neck
Imaging e.g. Radiographers, Physicists.
All
applications for membership/change of status have
to be approved by the BSHNI Council and are then ratified
at the following General Meeting by the membership.
To comply with the BSHNI Constitution all members
must have support from one full member of the Society.

should be by cheque payable to the treasurer,
accompanied by the membership application form. Please

ENTITLEMENTS
:
Full:
To have voting rights, to have the opportunity to
be an elected member of the BSHNI Council and/or Sub-Committees,
to attend the annual Business Meetings, and to have
access to the minutes of the business, council and
sub-committee meetings, reports and publications produced
by the Society (via the BSHNI website). Access to
membership area of the BSHNI website. Reduced subscription
rate for the Annual meeting.
Associate:
Associate members are entitled to a reduced subscription
rate to the Annual meeting. Access to all areas of
the BSHNI Website.
Affiliated:
As associate membership
Senior:
As associate membership |
All members will be issued with a Membership ID number,
which will allow access to the Members section of
the BSHNI Website.
